The Crossing

Every Wharf makes the same journey — from a Day One idea, through open water, to a lit dock. This is where you watch it happen, stage by honest stage.

The city, live

Each district's real height and density come from its actual status, not decoration — a Quarter with more Live products reads as a denser skyline. The harbour traffic runs on Wagonz's own schedule tracker, same piers, same routes. Look for the lit dock.

Three Stages

One idea, one crossing

Stage 01 · Origin

Messikwessi

Where it starts. Day One entries, voice memos, late-night chat sessions — raw volume. Most of it never goes further; some stays here on purpose as creative work that isn't meant to trade.

Stage 02 · Incubating

Apple Samosa

Built and stress-tested at Hubalicious. Nothing here trades commercially yet — every project is working toward a real, named graduation trigger.

Stage 03 · Graduated

Quarter Wharfs

Trading, live, real — cleared every graduation criterion and been through a human-approved handover. This is the honest current count, not the aspirational one.

Sygnyfycant Otters is crossing right now

Started as a doc and a handful of reference portraits in Messikwessi. The first pilot clip — Napoleon, animated from that exact reference art — just proved the production pipeline works. It hasn't graduated. This is what mid-crossing actually looks like, live, not in hindsight.

The Handover Ceremony

How a Wharf actually graduates

Not a feeling — an audit. Every criterion opposite has to clear before a project moves from Apple Samosa into Quarter Wharfs, and the final step is a named ritual, not a quiet file move: a handover document, reviewed and approved by a human, every time.

Graduation Criteria

  • Validated demand — email list ≥ 100, or revenue > £0, or ≥ 10 qualified leads
  • Domain confirmed and purchased
  • Brand brief complete — name, accent, tagline, anchor product
  • Quarter assigned
  • Tech stack confirmed (Vercel)
  • Handover doc generated and human-approved
