Old Port Authority Records

How the Port has actually looked, kept honestly, not touched up after the fact — the same instinct as looking through old photographs of a city decades apart. Built in public means the record stays, not just the result.

8–19 Oct 2026 The original grid

The first launch build — a static, sharp-edged district grid, eight solid colour tiles, no atmosphere, no motion. Built fast to prove the structure before anything else.

24 Oct 2026 The city era

A live Three.js wireframe city sat directly behind the Port's own cards — real building height drawn from each Quarter's actual maturity, a frosted lens drifting over it. Striking, but heavy for a first click.

25 Oct 2026 Today — the fast front door

The 3D city moved to The Crossing, where "watch it happen" is actually the page's job. The Port went back to being the Port: eight cards, low weight, first click in milliseconds.
